Montana State Auditor John Morrison has an administrative action against Farmers Alliance health insurance because of violations of credit scoring laws. Morrison said Farmers Alliance has failed, with a specific consumption of Bozeman reasons for the increase in their insurance premiums after she had a request in writing to the company.
“Credit Scoring consumers is a problem of national interest, but Montana law allows for the deployment,” said Morrison. “If companies are going to use it, consumers have a right to know how it is used and how it affects their premiums.”
