Tapping women in the market
Editor’s note: Marcia Kull presented speeches on the first programmatic PowersportsBusinessXchange in December to discuss possibilities for an emerging market motorcycle: middle-aged women.
Everyone knows whereof she speaks. She has 20 years experience in working with powersports, marine and vehicle manufacturers. Recently, she was driving as a force for Genmar, the International Boat Builder. Today, she’s President and CEO of SheGoes, a consultancy firm, it shows, manufacturers and distributors, like win and convert provisional confident in the prospects of women, loyal customers.
During his time at Genmar, Marcia helped solve a major problem of marketing for the company and its dealers: “How can we more women in the boat? Kull designs and implements the basis of innovative marketing program called “Women Making Waves.” He was the exclusive distributors and 1600 Genmar has helped women Hands-on learning start handling capabilities.
